Your customer service is exemplary, your prices are very good and your product offerings are extensive. I have many Kakadu vests, all including concealed carry capability. I came across your Kelly 12 with the anti-print inserts. I ordered one for my wife and it turned out too large for her...but it fit me to a T! (I've lost weight!) It is in a color I didn't have (espresso), so I am keeping it and have ordered a Medium for my wife.

I am feeling so grateful with your message and, I must let you know that I used to have six different models of Kakadu hats. Nowadays, I have only five of them because my son convinced me to give one of them to him! I was betting that you were (temporarily) run out of stock on the Roo and the Darwin hats. I do have both of them and there are great desires among Brazilians citizenships for both. My Darwin hat is in black and for this reason that I do prefer to wait for the one in brown color. After your attention and  kindness I started to feel more comfortable. Then, I am being to waiting all the time as you need to attend my expectative! There is no need to be in touch to Pay Pal! I do trust and believe on you!

Hi, I just wanted to share a little story.
I am a postal carrier. I bought the Cape York Hat because I liked the
look, but also because of the color. It is almost a perfect match for
USPS postal blue uniform colors. I got special permission from my
postmaster to wear a non-regulation hat because I wanted something with a wider brim.
Anyway, walking a route the other day a woman saw it and said "That's an
awesome hat." I told her where I got it and she said "I've never seen
a mail carrier with an AWESOME hat before!"

While we haven't tested this coat in the field, we believe it has great potential for Long Riders wherever they are. We bought them from Kakadutrader.com This '3 in 1' multi functional waterproof oilskin coat has cowhide storm collar & rein guards, deep double stacked patch pockets, removable cape, storm collar tab, snap closure covered by large snap down storm placket, drawcord waist, adjustable cuffs. A series of strong snaps transforms the full-length coat into a 3/4 length jacket or chaps. Equally importantly, unlike tight raincoats, this one is loose enough to allow you to move easily in the saddle, and long enough to prevent rain getting into your boots!

These gloves are great! I have never before found warm and waterproof gloves for riding in the pouring rain. But you do need to have long sleeves on your coat or jacket, otherwise after several hours the rain will seep under the cuffs of these gloves.
